Position Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the team to develop creative scripts, copywriting, and planning proposals for short videos (corporate Blue V), and collaborate to determine the best execution approach.

2. Oversee the video shooting and directing process to ensure it proceeds according to the planned schedule.

3. Manage editing and post-production of short videos, ensuring high-quality output.

4. Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand image and style, and maximize its impact across promotional channels.

5. Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations, conduct reviews, and iterate on creative strategies to improve short video production.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in short video directing, with a strong portfolio to showcase.

2. Familiar with the entire short video production process, including planning, shooting, directing, and post-production; able to manage topics with a user-centric perspective and operational mindset.

3. Capable of independently managing projects and delivering high-quality work on time.

4. Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.

5. Study-abroad experience or prior experience in the job-hunting/overseas study sector is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

2. Track and analyze overseas market operation data.

3. Develop improvement and optimization plans to achieve performance targets.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in operating on Xiaohongshu (RED) is preferred.

2. Strong market analysis and promotion skills, with the ability to design effective market expansion strategies.

3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating closely with cross-cultural teams.

4. Good English reading ability is required (speaking and listening not mandatory).

Position Responsibilities:

1. Company provides high-quality, precisely targeted client opportunities and a professional service delivery team. No need to independently develop clients or manage post-sales service.

2. Identify and analyze clients’ career development needs, communicate with potential clients via WeChat voice messages, and while helping them solve problems in their job search process, introduce relevant company products and solutions. Match clients with suitable products and close deals.

3. Assist clients in completing enrollment, fee payment, and contract signing.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
