Student Z earned his bachelor's degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Washington. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern University Seattle and is set to graduate in 2026.
He has solid expertise in algorithms and systems, with a technical skill set including Java, Spring Boot, React, Redis and Kubernetes. However, when applying for internships at top-tier tech companies in North America, he was hindered by rigorous screening, fierce competition and a lack of referral opportunities, resulting in low application efficiency and interview success rates.
