Rooted in rigorous research, the team combines contemporary design methodologies with local practical experience to address complex urban contexts and real functional needs. Its works prioritize spatial quality, structural logic and long-term sustainability. Emphasizing design’s positive impact on society, culture and daily life, ATELIER XY seeks to create spatial practices imbued with contemporary spirit and human warmth through restrained yet powerful design expressions.

STUDENT PROFILE

Student Y graduated from RISD with a design degree in 2025. Equipped with solid interior design expertise and hands-on experience across architecture and digital design, they struggled with a fragmented project portfolio and limited access to professional referrals, hitting a roadblock while seeking roles in the North American design industry.
After joining our team, Student Y made steady progress with our exclusive resources, professional mentorship and full cooperation. We secured dedicated referral channels for design positions and connected them with core roles in a timely manner. Our mentors polished the resume and provided tailored interview coaching. The whole job search process, including position selection, referrals and interview preparation, was carried out efficiently as a complete workflow.
Later, due to visa issues and career planning, Student Y returned to China, and we adjusted our service focus accordingly. Our team kept following up closely and leveraged extensive resources to explore new opportunities domestically. Just two months after the transition, Student Y successfully landed a design offer. Premium resources, professional guidance and proactive collaboration paved the way for their successful career start.
