Student J graduated with a bachelor's in Finance in December 2022. Due to visa constraints, he initially accepted a transitional role post-graduation. This early career experience solidified his determination to pursue authentic finance career development. In mid-September 2023, J enrolled in Stars Career's program to leverage our platform resources and mentor network for enhanced job search efficiency.

After evaluating his profile, we immediately matched him with a finance mentor from a leading Wall Street firm. The mentor provided strategic career planning guidance and initiated a comprehensive resume overhaul to build his competitive candidate profile. Throughout the engagement, our team coordinated extensive internal referrals and interview opportunities. Upon securing interviews, our service coordinators promptly arranged mock sessions with mentors—including joint coaching from two specialists during critical phases for stage-specific intensive training.

Despite multiple service pauses due to personal commitments, J maintained active collaboration. Through iterative interview feedback and optimization cycles, he secured offers from premier institutions including ENGIE and JPMorgan. Following consultative recommendations from our team and mentors, J accepted JPMorgan's offer, achieving his ultimate objective of entering the finance industry.
